Our basic services convert your as-builts and existing drawings into AutoCAD or Microstation formats. You may submit copies of the original drawings, or send scanned TIF or PDF files. The documents are 100% manually drafted into CAD to match the original sheets exactly. You may choose to mark-out any unnecessary information on the sheets to be omitted during the CAD drafting process. All sheets are drafted as full-scale 1:1, dimensionally accurate, and layered (AIA or LITE layering).

Our custom service targets your customized, in-house CAD drafting requirements. You may have already established a custom set of layering standards, titleblocks, fonts, line styles, dimension styles, and CAD background files related to your project development. Simply provide your custom standards, along with your sheets to be drafted, and we will implement them as part of your CAD drafting project.
In cases when the original documents submitted for conversion contain insufficient information, additional sheets can be referenced (examples: dimensions) to develop a complete CAD document.
Extract the architectural information from the MEP drawings.
Documents which have been redlined or contain mark-ups will be updated to reflect the final as-built or construction document drawings. Please add your markups to the original CAD files.
Sheets of the same area or floor are combined or overlaid into a single document in accordance with the precise coordinates. At the same time, we render construction drawings, measure the area of each room and generate the Excel files. (CAD files)
